Join us for a 90-minute deep dive into the healing power of your breath. We’ll:
- explore gentle movement designed to open up space in the body to breathe with more ease
-learn time-tested pranayama practices to shift the breath and, thereby, the mind
-gain an understanding of the modern-day science demonstrating how these techniques work
Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of the breath’s impact on the body and a toolkit of pranayama exercises to access any time to shift your energy. This class is available online or in person.
